Parveen Kumar Malhotra
I am a retired banker, having spent 37 years with the State Bank of India, where I rose to the position of Deputy Managing Director and Group Executive. My professional journey took me across five Indian states and two countries abroad, providing rich exposure to people, institutions and the workings of the economy.
An alumnus of Mahendra College, Patiala, and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, I subsequently served as Director and Advisor to major corporate organisations.
Retirement has allowed me to pursue interests close to my heart—economic awareness, public policy, education, technology, social welfare and community development. I remain actively associated with initiatives supporting cancer patients, education for underprivileged children and residents’ welfare.
Through this website and my YouTube channel, Rozmarra ki Economy, I hope to make complex economic and policy issues understandable to ordinary citizens, encourage informed discussion and explore practical, constructive solutions.
I believe experience is most valuable when it is shared, ideas are most useful when they improve lives, and retirement is simply another opportunity to contribute.
